FOOD SALES
There are only a limited number of food concessions allowed and we choose them carefully to provide a wide variety of food choices for the shoppers. This fosters a healthy, non-competitive sales environment for each vendor. In return, food vendors agree to pay a full month in advance to reserve their spot. You may apply to be placed on a waiting list and will be considered when a spot becomes vacated by a current vendor. Food concessions must meet the standards set forth by the State Department of Health. All food/drinks that are intended for consumption on premises MUST be sold by an approved concessionaire, and may not be sold by any other vendor. If you want to sell any food items, you must have permission from management.
No one, other than an approved food vendor, may sale drinks from a cooler, icebox, or any other portable container.
Produce not intended to be eaten on the premises may be sold from a regular booth space.
