Lot Size: All lots are approximately 12 feet wide by 25 feet deep. Call if you have need for a unique configuration.

Water hookups within 75 feet of each space at no additional charge.

Lease Time: Set up after 7:00 a.m. Thursday before the sale. Check out by 1:00 p.m. Monday. Come and go as you please throughout the sale.

If you reserve a canopy and fail to show up, you will be billed for the canopy. Please be considerate and call to cancel by 8:00 a.m. Thursday if you are not coming.

The NTD office will not cash checks. Checks will be accepted only from dealers reserving or renewing lots in person. There will be a $10.00 fee for all returned checks.

Selling of dogs and cats is NOT permitted per city ordinance.

Leasing: Leasing may be done in person during office hours, or by phone, a full month prior to the sale. All payments must be received by Wednesday before the sale. Vendors occupying a particular space have the first option to reserve it for the next sale. If that vendor does not reserve it for the next month, the space becomes available to all. To hold your existing spot, make payment before you leave the sale.
